Board-Certified Dermatologist and Cutaneous Surgeon
Dr. Elliott Rustad is among the most experienced dermatologists and cutaneous surgeons in Nebraska, having served Nebraska communities for more than 40 years.
He graduated from St. Olaf College, and the University of Minnesota Medical School. He then completed a one-year internship at Stanford-affiliated Santa Clara County Hospital, and a three-year dermatology residency at the University of Minnesota. He is board-certified by the American Board of Dermatology.
He served as a Major in the United States Army as a dermatologist on staff at the Pentagon for two years. During this time, he received additional academic training through regular seminars at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center and other Washington area institutions.
Dr. Elliott Rustad is responsible for bringing Rustad Dermatology to Nebraska. For over forty years, he has served Nebraskans in offices from Beatrice to North Platte. His experience in diagnosing and treating skin conditions is second-to-none.
Dr. Rustad maintains his interest in current developments in dermatology through membership in numerous sub-specialty organizations, including the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, the American Medical Association, the Nebraska Medical Association, the Lancaster County Medical Society, and the Metro Omaha Medical Society.
